This agreement is for our Microsoft licenses that were approved 3-13-2025. The agreement extends the contract for 36 months. The agreement number was revised by Microsoft because the previous one was categorized ‘electronic’. Changing the number of the agreement changes the agreement and therefore must be approved by the Board. This agreement will replace the agreement approved by the Board in April 2025.
